If you are on the M25 ( on the Kent side) going east towards the Dartford Crossing at Junction 4 follow the signs for the A21/ Bromley

Follow the A21 all the way to Bromley.

There are a number of mini roundabouts -go through these.

(Just after Famborough Hospital, at the lights at Chapter 1 restaurant there is a set of traffic lights with a sign left for Hayes. Do not turn here but stay on
the main road. )

About one mile from Bromley there is a mini roundabout. Go straight through this heading for Bromley. There is a pub on the right.

A little further on there is a set of traffic lights signposted left for Hayes B265 (right for Chislehurst). Turn left here.

This is Hayes Lane. The house is on the right about 50 metres after the width restriction, at the junction of Hayes Lane and Hayes Road before the roundabout.

There is room to park in the drive in front of the house.
