When you come through New Cross take the A20 to Lewisham.

In Lewisham follow the A21 to Bromley.

As you are getting to Bromley you will come to the Bromley 'by-pass' which is still the A21. Stay on this road. At one set of traffic lights the Glades Sports Centre / car park will be on your right (and a car park on the left). At the next set of lights get into the left hand lane and turn left.

Once through these lights you will pass a Ford Garage on your left. At the next lights (not pedestrian crossing) get into the right hand lane and then turn right into Hayes Lane. It is sign posted for Hayes. A little way down Hayes Lane there is a width restriction. A little further on there is a roundabout at the junction with Hayes Road.The surgery is the last house on the right before this roundabout.

There is plenty of room to park in the drive in front of the house.
