On the A2O5 at the lights at Dulwich College, turn into College Road. Continue on through the tollgate (collecting SOp by machine -no change given).

At the top of the hill turn left. At the mini roundabout go straight across. Almost immediately at the (new) traffic lights turn right heading for Beckenham. This will take you past Crystal Palace.

Go through Penge and at the roundabout after Beckenham Leisure Centre take the second exit, which will take you along Beckenham High Street. At the end ofBeckenham High Street there is a set oftmffic lights. Go straight through these and the next set oflights all the way to Shortlands Station.

At the first set of lights at the station turn right into Shortlands Road (do not go under the bridge). Turn left almost immediately into Valley Road which turns into Queen Ann Avenue.

At the end of Queen Ann Avenue turn left into Westmoreland Road (heading towards Bromley). The first turning on the right is Hayes Road.

Hayes Lane is at the end of Hayes Road.There is a mini roundabout at this junction.
At the junction of Hayes Road and Hayes Lane turn left.
The surgery is the first house on the left on Hayes Lane. There is room to park in the drive in front of the house.
