Coming away from the Dartford Crossing ( on the Kent side) on the M25 at Junction 4 follow the signs for the A21/ Bromley. Follow the A21 all the way to Bromley.

At the lights at Farnborough (with the restaurant Chapter 1 on your left) go straight on. There is a left hand turn for Hayes but it is easier to go straight on.

About one mile from Bromley there is a roundabout with a pub on the right. Go straight on here towards Bromley.

A little further on there are some big traffic lights. Turn left here. It is signposted for Hayes (B265).

This is Hayes Lane. The house is on the right about 50 metres after the width restriction. The house is the last house on the right before Hayes Road, just before the mini roundabout.

There is plenty of room to park in the drive in front of the house.
