Coming from the direction of Crystal Palace at the roundabout at the Chinese Garage go straight over. This is Hayes Lane, Beckenham.

At the traffic lights (at the junction with Westmoreland Road) go straight on.

At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Mead Way.

Norman Park is at the end ofMead Way. Turn left here. This is Hayes Lane, Bromley.

The next turning on the left is Letchworth Drive.

Then there is a new mini roundabout and Hayes Road is on the left. The house is the first on the left after the roundabout. Be careful not to indicate that you are going left until you pass Hayes Road as other drivers might think that you are going to turn into Hayes Road and pullout in front of you. It happens !

There is room to park in the drive in front of the house.
